BBA-certified breathable membrane over fresh treated battens. This layer is what keeps the roof dry for decades, and it’s the part you never see again once the tiles are on.
Re-covered properly
Course by course, ridge and leadwork finished, scaffold down. The same price at the end as the one on the quote.
